At KR Pathavan Trading Company, customer satisfaction is our priority. We deal in sports equipment, customised products, uniforms, electronics, and food items. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.

2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery, only if:

The item is damaged during shipping
The wrong product was delivered
The product has a manufacturing defect

To be eligible:

Item must be unused
Item must be in original packaging
Proof of purchase (invoice/order ID) is required

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Customised sports wear & uniforms
Name printed notebooks & customised items
Custom caps, badges, house flags
Bulk orders made specifically for institutions
Dry fruits, nuts & food products (for hygiene reasons)
CCTV cameras & electronic products once installed
Sale / Discounted items

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

We will notify you via phone or email
If approved, refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
Refund will be credited to the original payment method

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Exchange Policy

We replace products only if:

Item is defective
Wrong product delivered
